Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant.
Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
Maintain and update standard cost system for inventory valuation.
Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
