A new mandate for our favorite mission driven California based large Endowment: We are looking again for highly confidential exploratory conversations with top tier Associate / Senior Associate level talent, enthusiastic about investing with excellence and responsible, positive impact.
You should have top of class academics and technical investing skills in private equity, venture capital, private debt, and/or funds with a major in real assets.
Existing Impact Investment experience will be very relevant, particularly at a Foundation or Family office, and with knowledge of Program Related Investments (PRI) and Mission Related Investments (MRI) i.e. across investments that are charitable, concessionary, or profitable, and the differences between them.
We are potentially flexible on experience level for the right person: 2-8 years investing experience and a background in top tier firms, Sellside: Top Investment Banks, IBD, M&A, Lev Fin and/or Buyside: Top Hedge Funds, Private Equity, now looking for a more sustainable opportunity to express your acquired investing acumen.
We will equally consider excellent transferable experience coupled with a true interest in transferring to positive impact investments.

Mountain View, CA based with flexibility: three days in office, two days from home if desired.
With a secure, substantial and dedicated asset base and part of a small investment team responsible for a multi$bn endowment, there is an opportunity to leverage your skills to achieve positive returns with positive impact as well as program and mission related investments with different return profiles. You will be the Impact Investing specialist working across asset classes on funds and direct investments with the MD of Impact Investments, alongside established intermediated capital investing colleagues. You will have the platform to grow your skills building and managing a portfolio of impact investments across domestic and emerging market geographies. You will invest across themes including climate tech, social housing, economic development, inclusive finance and other special projects.
