Dallas Area Bank is seeking an experienced hands-on manager to join its growing capital management team. The bank is anticipating growth to $100B and is expanding its capital management team to meet its growth initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for the bank's Capital Management Forecasting Plan and Regulatory Stress testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the regulatory documentation process
Subject Expert on Bank Capital rules and requirements
Ability to run and review the banks' Capital Forecasting model
Create, analyze, and author timely reports for the bank's senior management
Oversee all audits and controls for the department
Present analysis to senior management
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of bank balance sheet experience; capital forecasting, regulatory reporting (Reg Y-9C), Stress Testing, and deep knowledge of bank capital regulations
Must have experience working in a collegial team and mentoring junior analysts
Must have demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Excel, S&P Global Markets Intelligence, Workiva
Must have strong writing and communication skills
Nice to have bank accounting expertise.
This role plays a major role in managing the bank's capital
This is not a people management role
The company does have a relocation plan for candidates outside the Dallas area.
