PROPERTY MANAGER

 

The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic seeks an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of Federal and State housing laws and familiarity with HUD regulations. Uniform Physical Condition Standards Certification (UPCS) a plus & must obtain a Public Housing Manager (PHM) Certification within one year of employment.
