Responsibilities
Extract, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of raw data using various data tools
Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and quality
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods.
Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Required Qualifications • Korean & English Bilingual • BA/BS in related field such as Mathematics, Statistics and Data Analyssis • Data Analytic skills, including extracting, evaluation, analysis, and visualization • Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytics tools
(Prior experience in any of the following: SQL Server, MySQL, Google BigQuery)
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in search analysis and business analysis • Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams • Experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and SAS • Experience using Tableau or Superset • Experience using a behavior analytics tool • Experience in any of the following programming languages for data analysis and ML/statistical modeling: Python, R, Java, and C++ • Understanding of the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Web APIs

Pay range
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $54,000 - $58,000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.
