Job Duties
Receiving support requests via phone calls.
Opening support tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Troubleshooting a wide range of IT support needs.
Documenting issues.
Completing required support work.
Updating and closing out tickets.
Job Requirements
High efficiency and work ethic required.
Experience with Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office products.
Experience with any ticketing system is required, and with ServiceNow is a great positive.
Customer ""requests"" that candidates have very clear spoken English
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence."
Desired Skills & Experience
College degree preferred.
Previous experience within an IT service desk.
Job requires outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues are key to success in this role.
Candidates should be able to work quickly through repetitive calls around the various technology subjects.
