Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle JDE Finance Functional Senior Consultant with strong leadership skills. The Senior Consultant would Interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will also perform a role of JDE Finance Functional Lead advisor. The Sr. Consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
At least 4+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Candidate must be located in Long Beach CA, or be willing to relocate to this location.
4 years' experience in JDE Finance as functional consultant
Minimum 3 JDE Finance functional project experience
In depth knowledge of JDE Finance processes - AP, GL, Fixed assets
Knowledge related to setups and configuration for JDE Finance
Must have worked in implementation and support roles
Gather and understand business requirements
Do As-Is and To-be documentation for the requirements
Create Functional Specification Documents(FSD) and other documents
Work closely with Business and other teams
Excellent written and oral communication
Must have worked in onsite-offshore model
Should have worked on JDE EDI
Ability to understand, elaborate and document requirements as well as create functional design
Experience in working with technical team to understand functional approach and design
