Evaluate team performance on regular basis, ensuring the commitments to the customers are adhered.
Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate teams. Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage the deliverables through JIRA, ensuring the updates are timely and accurate.
Evaluate current processes to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for advancement.
4-5 years of experience working in integration space, preferably involving Oracle Cloud Fusion.
3 - 4 of working experience as project manager / program manager using Agile methodology.
Experience working with remote teams.
Ability to influence in a matrixed organizations.
