Our client, a premium men's and women's apparel brand is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lifecycle Manager to join their team. Looking for someone with strong retention marketing, email/sms campaign, and loyalty program experience.
Responsibilities: • Oversee our lifecycle and retention marketing efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. • Manage email and SMS campaigns and flows, optimizing performance to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty. • Lead loyalty program, strategizing to increase repeat rates and customer lifetime value (LTV). • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to personalize customer experiences and improve engagement. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns
Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, with a strong background in email and SMS campaign management. • Proven track record of successfully managing loyalty programs and driving customer retention. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Klaviyo highly preferred.
