This is a full-time on-site role located in Halethorpe, MD. The AR/AP and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts and ensuring related reporting tasks are completed in a timely manner. They will work closely with the Accounting, Customer Service and Sales Teams. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Supervisory experience with both accounting and customer service functions is highly desirable. The preferred candidate will be curious and one who asks questions, seeking to improve processes. Follow-up with colleagues and direct reports is fundamental to success.

Managing company receivables and payables functions
Managing EDI order process
Leading our accounting and customer service teams
Working in Dynamics GP software
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in accounting and customer service-related work.
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Demonstrated experience managing customer communication and developing customer service process improvements.
Experience with accounting software, Dynamics GP experience is preferred.
Experience working for a manufacturer with retail customers.
Strong leadership and management capabilities; ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage competing priorities.
