We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will support management by handling administrative and technical tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer inquiries, and contributing to the efficient execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings to extract important information and perform take-offs.
Follow up with customers regarding estimates, ensuring all questions are addressed and passed to the Project Manager.
Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing change orders.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and any issues are promptly addressed.
Support the sales process by managing customer follow-ups and ensuring all necessary information is communicated.
Contribute to company and team goals, assisting in the overall success of the company and projects.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a pre-engineered building company, with a strong understanding of reading and interpreting drawings.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
