The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading financial planning and fostering team leadership and development. Additionally, they will be responsible for cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting and have hands on oversight of all financial operations.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day company financials
Assist with financial planning and develop and implement financial strategies
Financial Reporting Analysis
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
Oversee banking relationships and internal cash flow
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies
Lead special projects related to the finance function to help establish more accurate and quicker reporting and close windows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA Required
Proven experience in a Senior Financial Leadership role.
Good knowledge in the areas of revenue, pricing, margins, etc.
