Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager for our esteemed client based in West Haven, CT. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
This is a direct placement opportunity with a base salary range from $70,000-$80,000 plus annual incentives around 10%
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 10+ customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Handle high-level problem-solving and decision-making tasks, ensuring swift resolution of complex customer issues.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Utilize strong technical skills to oversee the use of customer service software and tools, ensuring optimal team performance.
Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and make quick decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading and managing customer service teams of 10 or more.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
Strong technical proficiency, with experience using customer service software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
