Position Overview:

Tronex is seeking a thorough and detail-oriented individual with a customer-centric attitude, superior order management skills, and the ability to professionally service our National Accounts within our fast-paced Customer Service department. This position will focus on the processing of unique purchase orders, communicating with customers on a daily basis, acknowledging and addressing all inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, and working closely with department members and cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process purchase orders for National Accounts / large program businesses in an expeditious manner, including working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Acknowledge and address all customer inquiries in a timely manner; address any issues that may occur and escalate to management for their engagement and support.
  • Add value to the business by providing outstanding customer service, engage customers, understand purchasing trends, and build relationships with buyers by accounts.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or related business experience within a national business environment
  • Strong computer proficiency, Outlook with high level Excel skills. Previous experience with SAP Business One highly recommended.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette

The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.
