About this Role:

Reporting to the VP of E-commerce and Paid Media, the Amazon Customer Service Associate will be an integral part of the Digital Team at True Botanicals. You will be our in-house expert on all things Amazon Customer Service, and this role will work closely with our 3PL, our Amazon agency, and our VP of E-Comm to grow our Amazon business with best in class operational support. This role provides a unique opportunity to bring your Amazon knowledge to a well-rounded team of digital experience, operating as a technical expert while also getting visibility into all things digital & performance marketing. This is a new role in our organization, and you have the opportunity to help build our team and your role in a way that aligns with our strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end Amazon POs within Vendor Central and our WMS, from receiving through labeling, pick up appointments, and PO tracking post-shipment.

? Ensuring 3PL is stocked with ample inventory to meet Amazon forecast, and working closely with Operations team to transfer inventory as needed to fulfill Amazon POs on-time, in full.

? Weekly reporting on Amazon PO status to inform internal team and 3PL of necessary next steps, including shipped PO revenue and outstanding pickup revenue, orders that did not get picked up, upcoming pick up appointments, and any shorted or canceled orders.

? Inform and input into Standards of Procedure for PO processing, inventory management at 3PL, and reporting

Qualifications:

? 2-3 years working within Amazon Vendor Central and a 3rd party WMS required, manually handling Amazon POs from receipt/confirmation to ASNs.

? Experience working with Vendor Central order processing via SPS Commerce and ERP system preferred

? 3 years experience interfacing directly with 3PL fulfillment team required

? 2-3 years proven record reporting on order & fulfillment KPIs and tracking key metrics to ensure orders are shipped on-time, in full

? Proven track record of working within Standards of Procedure and building your own processes where none exist

? Proven understanding of inventory lead time management & forecasting, with a proven ability to use a forecast to inform inventory stock status to identify out of stock risk in advance

? Considering yourself a self-starter who actively looks for opportunity to improve operating practices to streamline processes

? Highly organized, with the ability to keep track of lots of information at once in a structured way that can be easily explained and shared with others

? You love to be in the day to day details and you're highly detail oriented; you derive energy from seeing things through from start to finish!
