Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Administrative Assistant for our client located in Kingsburg.

This is a temporary position with the strong possibility of permanent hire.

Construction administrative experience is a plus but not required!

Some duties related to the position are listed below:

  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Greeting customers/vendors who come in
  • Multi-State licensing and compliance
  • Certification Management (SBA, WBENC, DBE, Contractors board)
  • Data Entry into Construction accounting software (Construction Partner)
  • Processing Insurance Policies/Audits
  • Processing liens, pre-liens, and release forms
  • Purchase Order management
  • Manage Vendor Relationships
  • Communication with various peers and departments
  • Processing Accounts Receivable
  • Review/Processing of Construction Contracts
  • Review/Processing of compliance documents and Subcontract Agreements
  • Maintain organized files, electronic and physical
