Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and obstacles. Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and allocate resources appropriately. Monitor project expenditures and resource utilization.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the bank's policies, maintaining a high level of service and security.
Compliance: Adhere to banking industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring all projects remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Provide clear and accurate documentation of project progress.
Change Management: Implement change management practices when necessary to adapt to evolving project requirements and align with organizational objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management, and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
3+ years of project management experience.
Focus on financial services or banking projects is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
