Insight Global is currently hiring for a Lead Foreman for a data center client located in the Los Lunas area in New Mexico. You will be responsible for leading a team of 14 cable technicians. The responsibilities of this position include unloading trucks, climbing in and out of vaults, moving generators, and pulling cable from vault to vault if outside. If inside, this candidate would be utilizing a medium sized ladder to leapfrog and pull cables through. The ideal candidate will come from a cabling/ wiring background, be comfortable working with their hands, and leading a team
Must-haves
Previous experience pulling cable preferred but not required.
2 years of leadership experience.
Experience working with cables and/ or wires
Ability to lift 35+ lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time, comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Basic computer skills - checking emails, working with Excel
Must have a positive attitude and be able to be a team player!
