Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution of ingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances Industry.
The Head Quarters are located in Barcelona, Spain and the group has 7 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós USA Inc is the North American one, located in Kenilworth, New Jersey.
To continue with our process of growth, the selected candidate will support the Sales Department as an Sales Account.
The company is looking for someone willing to take over different responsibilities who is also eager to grow within the company and develop a career in the Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop different markets
Deal directly with customers building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
Negotiate and close orders
Prepare offers
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve it's satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiry
Prepare customer activity reports
Mantain customer databases
Manage administration
Communication and coordination with other departments
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or International Business, among others .
2 years of relevant experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills.
Fluent English. Spanish is valuable.
Can accept traveling as required for business needs
A strong desire to be a part of a fast-paced growing company with an opportunity to progress as a professional
Organized and self-taught person.
