Job Description:

This position is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the company's use of technology to ensure that every department has the right equipment for success. They will assist in system design, implementation, deployment and troubleshooting to help develop, launch, and maintain effective IT systems.

Responsibilities
  • Work with management and team leads to identify challenges with the company's software/systems.
  • Meet with IT Director and other management to discuss goals and challenges regarding IT infrastructure.
  • Communicate with the various departments to learn how they can leverage technology,
  • Test company performance and find areas of improvement in technology.
  • Research and estimate costs of new technology or changes.
  • Recommend technological changes to help the business grow.
  • Understand and support the main business application ALIS. Act as liaison and knowledge expert for new projects and workflow development.
  • Create and distribute corporate reports using industry standard reporting tools and software such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Provide company support using GhostDraft software
  • Create reports & dashboards to facilitate the planning and evaluation of new and ongoing corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to collect and analyze data
  • Use data visualization techniques to display information to various audiences
  • Lead designated reporting-related projects
  • Routinely monitor reports for ongoing quality assurance and make corrections or adjustments as needed
  • Provide necessary on-site IT support and training to all locations
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed on the network
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Minimum 3 years prior business analysis experience. Self motivated; attention to detail. Team player. Good time-management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software programs. Experience with SQL Server, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Cloud. Some exposure to SharePoint. Critical thinking skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
