Job Title: JD Edwards Plan to Make (PTM) Functional

Job Location: Fairview OR 97024 - Remote details - Hybrid in Fairview, OR preferred, will consider remote with travel (onsite is required)

Onsite Requirements:
  • JDE Functional/Analyst with experience implementing Plan to Make (PTM) modules across Manufacturing (MRP), Planning, Supply Chain (SCM) and Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Strong business acumen and customer facing skills to communicate with leadership, project stakeholders, technical teams and business users to gather and document requirements, design/configure/test solutions, perform end user training and provide post go live support
  • Ability to work independently, help drive projects, tasks and deliverables and communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Job Description:
  • Senior JD Edwards ERP Plan to Make (PTM) Functional Analyst with deep expertise in manufacturing and planning modules.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes, along with experience in integrating JDE with custom applications and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps/Power Platform.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and planning operations within JD Edwards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement PTM solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Configure and customize JDE manufacturing and planning modules to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Provide expertise in integrating JDE with custom applications and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps/Power Platform).
  • Design and implement enhancements to streamline manufacturing and planning workflows, including production scheduling, inventory management, and resource planning.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices for ERP system configurations and data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on PTM processes, custom integrations, and reporting applications.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a JD Edwards PTM Functional Analyst, with deep expertise in manufacturing and planning modules within JDE.
  • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and their implementation within ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Experience integrating JD Edwards with custom applications and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps/Power Platform.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and/or relevant supply chain or manufacturing certifications would be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and implementations related to manufacturing and planning modules.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and compliance requirements related to PTM processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development and project management.
