Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Messaging Analyst to join our Productivity Engineering team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and mobility within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for:
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft Exchange Server 2019
Microsoft Outlook client
Microsoft Teams
Internal Mail Gateway (SendMail Sentrion)
RightFax
Resolve issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications and messaging systems
Implement software releases, patches, and hotfixes
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
Maintain documentation, including architecture drawings and operating procedures
Stay updated on new technologies
Ensure compliance with standards and policies
Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotations
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience managing global enterprise messaging systems
7 years of experience with Exchange administration and support
2-3 years of PowerShell scripting experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Experience in hybrid messaging environments (Exchange Online and on-prem)
Technical support experience for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
Excellent documentation and analytical skills
