Good's Technology Services, a sister company to Good's Store, wants to expand its team with a Help Desk Technician-Point of Sale Software to support, service, and install products and software for our outside customers. We are passionate about providing retailers across Northern America with an effective software and hardware solution.
If you are personable, friendly, and have a background or interest in IT and customer service, we'd love to consider you for our team.
Our Ideal Help Desk Technician:
Experience: 1+ years of customer-facing experience is required; a background or interest in IT. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right person.
Tech Savvy: Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
Hungry: Someone excited to learn and is willing to ask for help when needed.
Communicator: You must be able to explain technical concepts to customers with various levels of technical knowledge, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical & Problem-Solver: Can troubleshoot technology live, over the phone, or in person.
Personable & Friendly: Able to educate and guide customers through technological issues with patience; enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Self-Reliant: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking; able to work with minimal supervision.
Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
