Currently looking for a talented a Molding Manager to fill an opening with a well-established manufacturer in the Union City, TN area. Interested candidates should have previous experience working in plastics manufacturing.
Responsibilities of the Molding Manager
Effectively plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production schedules
Monitor daily operation of production department and correct deficiencies
Leads and promotes programs to support a proactive safety culture Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Requirements of the Molding Manager
5+ years' experience in manufacturing
Experience in plastic injection molding
Previous experience in a leadership / supervisory role
