Daily responsibilities:
Responsible for food Safety for the entire company.
Responsible for the monitoring and measuring of all food safety related documents.
Responsible for reporting any deviations in food safety records to appropriate Management
Conducted facility tours documenting all HACCP and Sanitation concerns to be addressed.
Provided updates to Plant Manager, Quality Manager and other Department leads about any and all Food Safety changes, and findings.
Attended all required Safety meetings, conference calls and managerial meetings and provided suggestions for improvement whenever needed.
Must have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical positions within HACCP or HARPC.
Demonstrate ability to interpret a wide-range of data.
Working knowledge of food manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools, specifically Word and Excel, including PivotTables
Understanding of Food Safety Plan preferred.
Successful communication with peers, either in writing or verbally.
Excellent relationship/team building characteristics.
