-Review and submit base case review change files and comments (e.g., Seasonal Studies).
-Select seed cases and update for next-day, real-time, or seasonal study to reflect the projected system configuration for the study period.
-Develop / Update contingency lists.
-Run steady-state and transient stability for next-day, real-time, or seasonal study using the base case and troubleshoot any issues per NERC standards and CAISO requirements.
-Create and coordinate operating plans and SOPs for internal procedures
-Participate in coordination of and assist in developing operating plans with external entities.
-Develop and maintain RTCA, outage, Load and Generation, Generation Limitation spreadsheets, documentation, and communication to appropriate parties
-Acquire and maintain an awareness of HHWP's System Operational Limits.
-Provide technical training to Power System Operators on operating procedures and tools.
