Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical expert responsible for supporting our sales team by collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ideate solutions to meet those needs. You will play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and building long-term relationships with customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer and product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Capture, interpret, quantify, and document customer requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate challenging, technical, and complex topics with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external from sales to engineering
  • Maintain s holistic view of the system and ensure that each stakeholder's needs are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, production, and support, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, including product configuration, customization, and integration.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage control systems
  • Experience with CAN bus
  • Experience in the RV industry
