KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of sample parts and machinery
Interpretation of technical design information
Design of parts and mechanical assemblies per customer requirements
Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing
Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:
Have advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor's degree or other education and experience.
Learn quickly and excel at problem solving
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Offer knowledge from relevant experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, controls systems, and project management
Be hungry, humble and smart
Insist on doing quality work
Arrive on-time, every day
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
80 hours of paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get 8 additional PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
