An esteemed multinational corporation specializing in industrial chemical production is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join its Maintenance & Reliability team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team that is dedicated to advancing operational reliability and efficiency across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead reliability efforts at the site, including conducting root cause analysis, developing failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and optimizing preventative maintenance plans.
Implement and manage corrective actions for potential business interruptions and develop policies and procedures.
Identify and rectify issues with problematic equipment ("Bad Actors").
Facilitate knowledge sharing across the site and with other locations within the company.
Act as the subject matter expert for flanged joint integrity and oversee management of change processes and documentation updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
At least 5 years of engineering experience in the chemical or refining industry, with specific experience in managing both fixed and rotating equipment.
Demonstrated understanding of equipment design, maintenance, and reliability practices, including thorough knowledge of ASME and API standards.
CMRP Certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with SAP and PCMS.
