Performs various secretarial duties and administrative services for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and senior management. Serves as Corporate Secretary performing official duties as required. Attends the monthly Board of Directors meeting and records all board proceedings.
Essential Functions:
Manages the office area of the CEO, serving as administrator, secretary, and receptionist.
Composes and directs written communication to various people, both outside and within the financial institution.
Processes letters of technical and confidential nature.
Responsible for the physical flow of paperwork within the department, including filing, handling, and dispersing incoming and outgoing mail, updating records, and compiling reports.
Takes minutes at board of directors and executive committee meetings and all official meetings as needed. Acts as official custodian of minutes and all proxies assigned by members.
Arranges appointments and meetings as requested by persons within and outside the financial institution.
Screens telephone calls and visitors.
Works closely with federal examiners and outside independent auditors in their regular official examinations of the financial institution.

Requirements:
High school diploma required; some college desired.
5-7 years previous administrative assistance experience at the executive level.
Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and internet search.
Must be detail oriented with excellent follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
