Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our White Marsh Branch at First Team Staffing. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient functioning of our office environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and facilitating communication within the team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Hours:
Availability to work between 7am-5pm
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, redirecting them when appropriate.
Ensure all candidate paperwork is up to date and compliant
HR Support:
Assist with recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation schedules are organized.
Office Management:
In charge of checking in job seekers and lobby traffic
Ensure office cleanliness and organization
Team Support:
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team events and activities.
Requirements:
Experience providing optimal customer service / resolving issues
Entry level phone/computer experience required
Valid driver's license
Must be reliable, professional, upbeat, and motivated!
