Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the President
Manage and maintain the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations
Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the President
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, and partners
Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the President and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree a huge plus (but not required)
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and discretion
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
