An aerospace client is looking for an Engineering Test Technician to report to the Operations Test Engineering Manager and will be responsible for executing test procedures, performing post-test data processing, and reporting to engineers.

Position: Engineering Test Technician
Pay Rate: $36/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will have ownership of their work through all phases of product development, production, testing, and integration supporting internal and external teams as required.
Provide test and technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
Execute comprehensive component and system-level test plans, procedures, and test event
Participate in test planning and test readiness reviews
Analyze measurement requirements and equipment measurement tolerances.
Define and maintain documented best practices for test processes and equipment.
Contribute to maintaining and improving test equipment and infrastructure.
Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as component and systems-level test results and engineering design changes.
Conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.
Maintains engineering documentation and reports (procedures and test reports)
Support internal and external customers' needs.
Identify, troubleshoot, and solve test problems and aid manufacturing, inspection, and engineering issues.
Analyze data and provide reports in a variety of customer formats
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Knowledge with Laser Tracking Software such as Spatial Analyzer
