Deployment / Implementation Engineer
Job Description:
Understand Mobileum products, build knowledge that allows optimum deployments.
Learn the standard deployment methodologies and practices and their application in the projects assigned.
Implement Mobileum solution with customer, perform acceptance, implement configuration and routing for the product launch.
Coordinate with backend team for any issue and seek the necessary solution.
Document the implementation guide, CIQ, traffic flow, Redundancy and connectivity details.
Timely escalation of issues that are blocking/long pending to technical delivery manager/project manager.
Provide product and other technical feedback to Field Support and TDM for improvements.
Work towards completing the project as per the schedule & quality standards.
Build the implementation guide as per the templates.
Participate in the system audit and make the necessary corrections.
Participate in the post-implementation audit and make the necessary corrections.
Work with Field Support to do the transition of the completed projects to customer support.
Readiness to travel on short notice.
Desired Profile:
Passionate about programing and solving technical problems.
Proactive in anticipating situations and delivering solutions.
Overall 8+ years of experience in Telecom Software Implementation/Deployment.
DepIoyment includes installation/configuration/testing of software packages including 3rd party products like RHEL, Databases(Couchbase/Oracle/...), Java, Stacks etc.
