Role and Responsibilities
Manage Incoming Inspection and Final Acceptance Departments.
Ensure inspection of all products and services to demonstrate compliance.
Oversee proper retention of quality records.
Report on metrics to upper management.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Approve and validate corrective action responses.
Understand customer quality requirements and ensure compliance.
Support customer and third-party audits.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications
Direct quality assurance experience in an aerospace environment under an AS9100 quality management system or related regulated industry.
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Education and Experience
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related, technical field.

Schedule production inspection demands.
Hire qualified candidates; monitor, evaluate and develop staff.
Communicate at all levels of the organization and with customer and regulatory representatives.
