This position must sit on-site at our Medical Device client located in McHenry, IL at least 2x per week. Candidates much be local to the greater Chicagoland area to be considered.
This is a 40-hour per week contract position starting 6-months but likely to extend much longer. This can be W2 or 1099, but we are not able to employ C2C. Benefits are available for W2 consultants.
Job Description:
Developing Embedded firmware for a Class 2 medical device product
Required Experience:
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience.
5-7 years of Software Development experience for hardware components
Experience with power management and user interface software work
Renesas microcontroller experience is a plus
Experience with IAR Embedded Workbench Software Development Environment is a plus
