Volt is immediately hiring a skilled CMM Operator to join our dynamic team in Buena Park, CA. This Direct Hire position is for a leading provider of advanced aerospace solutions with excellent benefits and opportunity for career growth.



Shift: 2nd Shift / Monday - Friday (1:30 pm to 10:00 pm)


Compensation: $30-35/Hr.

*The pay range offered will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.


As a CMM Operator, You Will:

• 
  Operate and Program: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment with precision.
• 
  Ensure Quality: Complete DIP reports as needed to maintain high standards.
• 
  Support Production: Inspect products and tooling to ensure compliance and quality.
• 
  Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and improvement initiatives.
• 
  First Article Inspections: Perform inspections to ensure specification compliance.
• 
  Technical Expertise: Read and comprehend complex engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and manuals.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a CMM position.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
