Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.


Shift: 2B: Thurs -Sat/every other Wed. 5:00AM-5:00PM


Location: (RDC) 8046 E Ray Rd. Mesa AZ



Meet the team:



Performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.



Where you come in:



  • You will be responsible for visual and/or dimensional QC inspection and/or testing of incoming quarantined materials, inspection of in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial product.

  • You will be responsible for quarantine storage of materials and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.

  • Your responsibilities will include accurately recording inspection results and maintaining good documentation practices.

  • You will utilize basic computer skills to perform computer transactions related to inspection activities.

  • You will assume and perform other duties as assigned




What makes you successful:



  • You must understand basic visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

  • You will have the ability to follow written procedures and take direction from supervisor and/or other designated personnel in execution of QC inspection assignments.

  • You must demonstrate basic computer skills and performs basic computer transactions.

  • You must exhibit good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • You must have good written and verbal communication skills.

  • You can work flexible hours; including possible rotating schedules that may include early morning or evening hours, holidays, and weekends. Overtime may be required and may be mandatory at times.

  • You might have experience using vision systems to measure medical device components.

  • You will assume and perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education



  • Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.




Language Skills:



Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.



Physical Demands:



Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.



Work Environment:



Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat (non-weather), extreme cold (non-weather), exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
