Cummings Electric is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will have prior business office experience and thrive on working in a fast paced and busy environment. The ability to multitask, be organized, and perform duties accurately and in a timely manner is a plus. Position responsibilities include:
Answering the office phone
Taking detailed messages
Receiving and writing up work orders
Filing documents and paperwork
Helping Project Managers with scheduling
Entering weekly employee timecards into Quickbooks
Invoicing
Applicants with knowledge of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software is also desired. Proficiency in typing, customer services skills, and being a team player are required. We are interested in reliable, serious applicants only, please.
