Apply now for the position of Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer and you will support our production goals by serving as a liaison between Siemens and our suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, providing technical input and guidance on process/product enhancements and improvements.



In this role you will:





  • Lead initiatives to improve quality received from assigned suppliers

  • Support the qualification of parts and/or introduction of new suppliers

  • Manage supplier's corrective action implementation through the Supplier Corrective Action process

  • Conduct supplier visits and audits, as needed, to aid in the resolution of nonconformances

  • Use statistical analysis and risk management techniques to analyze complex quality data to identify trends and implement actions as needed

  • Lead CAPA investigations, as required




This role might be right for you if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field of study with 5-8 years of successful experience in medical device and quality engineering

  • In-depth knowledge and working experience of requirements related to ISO 13485 and FDA QSR

  • Experience using problem solving techniques and CAPA investigations

  • Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively to multiple levels, and develop and maintain complex relationships

  • Auditing experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc)
