Entry Level Management

The Smith Agency, LLC, markets products primarily in the B2B market. We have openings for career minded individuals who seek rapid advancement into management positions.

This is a full time position in the Eastern Shore of Alabama region working with small business owners and their employees with tax savings, while providing benefits as well.

Qualifications:

• No experience is required. We train an individual in all aspects of our business to be successful in a short period of time.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively serve our clients’ needs and help them make informed decisions.
• Self-Motivated and organized with excellent time management skills and very goal oriented.
• To be successful in this industry, you will need the ability to train and supervise others.
• Must have reliable transportation.
