The Principal Solution Architect will lead our enterprise-level solution design and architecture. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation and automation of ticketing systems and field services, leveraging both legacy platforms and modern frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect enterprise-level solutions focusing on Ticket Transformation to ServiceNow and Field Services Automation programs.
Work extensively with AT&T Legacy Platforms such as Ticketing (AOTS, BMP, WFA, WMS, Electronic Maintenance), and Automation (Ruby, DaaS), as well as Testing platforms (CTP).
Develop detailed workflow solutions that align with both Project Management Office (PMO) and Field Management Office (FMO) future state visions.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the ServiceNow (ITSM) platform, specifically related to ticketing.
Collaborate with co-located scrum teams and other architects to ensure cohesive and effective solution development and implementation.
Serve as a technical liaison between business clients and the IT department, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
5 - 10 years of experience in enterprise-level solution design and architecture.
Strong familiarity with AT&T Legacy Platforms (AOTS, BMP, WFA, WMS, Electronic Maintenance), Automation (Ruby, DaaS), and Testing platforms (CTP).
Proven experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform, especially in ticketing.
Ability to design and architect detailed workflows and solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with scrum teams and other architects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Our Principal Solution Architecture earns between $158,200 - $237,400 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
