JOB TITLE: Lead Product Management & Development

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, Texas 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

Lead Product Management & Development needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to drive alignment to the company's cross-channel analytics strategy, supporting Channel KPIs, and deliver the highest value capabilities. Stay informed about the cloud product and technologies including architecture patterns approved within AT&T to support analytics best practices and to identify potential opportunities to improve our Omnichannel Analytics product. Create omni-channel analytics product roadmap. Manage product backlog, dependencies, and priorities. Support team velocity and improve say-do ratio. Manage data engineering deliverables across Adobe Analytics/Datamart Data Governance activities, and client communications. Participate in an Agile Scrum team, write, enhance, research user stories. Responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Work with Agile team and create the Scrum team strategy roadmap, develop minimal viable product and Agile features and stories that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery Scrum team. Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for technical development, testing, and implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics visualization and data modeling. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Work in data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. Identify test scenarios and write test scripts and execute testing in support of system and user acceptance testing. Apply knowledge in analytics, root cause analysis and Solution orchestrations. Lead and mentor analysts and developers, guide and provide direction to resolve roadblocks to meet project goals. Manage the work via agile software delivery standard methodologies. Monitor and evaluate project performance through data dashboards. Improve processes, tools, and methodologies for code development and effective deployment. Understand the requirements of compliance and governance around customer data reporting. Use Power BI, and Tableau, or any other analytics visualization tool/Dashboards. Apply experience with project planning and documentation. Plan, develop, and maintain project documentation including functional and technical specifications changes on data modal changes. Maintain user manuals, training materials, Wiki pages, and timely status reporting to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation applying knowledge in analytics, root cause analysis and Solution orchestrations; leading and mentoring analysts and developers, guiding and providing direction to resolve roadblocks to meet project goals; managing the work via agile software delivery standard methodologies; monitoring and evaluating project performance through data dashboards; improving processes, tools, and methodologies for code development and effective deployment; understanding the requirements of compliance and governance around customer data reporting; using Power BI, and Tableau, or any other analytics visualization tool/Dashboards; applying experience with project planning and documentation; planning, developing and maintaining project documentation including functional and technical specifications changes on data modal changes; maintaining user manuals, training materials, Wiki pages, and timely status reporting to stakeholders.
