The Wealth and Trust Associate is responsible for providing high level service delivery to all Hershey Wealth Clients, Wealth Advisors, Investment Officers, intermediaries and other qualified referral sources and distribution channels. The incumbent will collaborate with internal service partners and clients including participation in client meetings; knowledge, understanding and application of fiduciary and banking principles; knowledge of trust, banking and investment systems to properly process client transactions, maintain client data within systems and interact with clients and Operations service partners.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Serve as first point of contact for high net worth clients as well as build and maintain those relationships by providing exceptional client service support.

  • Administers client fiduciary relationships ensuring that fiduciary standards and BMT's policies are observed.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time sensitive requests for internal partners and clients including but not limited to: account opening & closing process, timely communications, gathering of financial and asset information, money transfers, maintaining client data in all systems used by division, remitting payments on behalf of trust clients, and broad support for wealth management division.

  • Contribute process improvement ideas and to the overall efficient operation of the office.

  • Participate in client meetings with Wealth and Investment Advisors and assist in meeting preparation including entering data into financial planning software and preparing presentation materials.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must have a high school diploma, however a 4-year college degree in business administration, finance or a business related major is preferred.

  • Must have basic knowledge of investment markets or trust administration.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in administrative client service is also preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Experience with a trust accounting and/or investment system is preferred.

  • Must be able to juggle priorities, be organized and have an adjustable social style
