This position is contingent upon contract award.


Job Description:


Possess exper. leading an incidence response team and managing SLA reqmts. on trouble tickets.


Required Skills:

  • Years' Exper.: 5 years
  • Ability to pass a public trust background check
  • Demonstrable history of successfully leading an incident response team in and entp. environment. Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams, strong written and verbal skills, team focused. team focused, strong understanding of Office 365 and Windows Server.
