ECS is seeking a creative, results-driven, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. The role requires superior customer service skills, experienced with agile methodologies, requirements analysis, and delivery management for multiple concurrent projects. Your ability to develop and maintain credibility and trust with the client will be critical to your success.

As a Project Manager you are specifically responsible for:

  • Supporting Program Manager with operational management of the program team consisting of ECS employees, subcontractor staff, and expert product consultants to ensure the overall success of program.
  • Developing and tracking project schedules through delivery and implementation and keeping relevant parties and stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and remediating project risks/issues.
  • Communicating program team progress, issues and recommendations to senior management through program status reviews.
  • Developing executive level briefings and solutions overviews to support the communication and understanding of technical capabilities, value, and program progress.
  • Preparing contractual deliverables (status reports, financial reports, etc.)
  • Supporting project teams in the development of requirements and user stories and managing tasks to completion.
  • Supporting the development and application of program standards, policies, and procedures and streamlining business processes.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of content including data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
  • Managing and leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, and long and short-term planning sessions) to ensure the efficient delivery of high value work products and services.
  • Obtaining and monitoring commitments for dependent tasks/deliverables from external support teams and driving coordination and collaboration to meet expectations for the cost, quality, and schedule of delivery.


Salary Range: $110,000 - $122,500

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of concurrent experience in program and project management including:
    • At least three (3) years of experience managing IT projects.
    • At least two years (2) years of experience leading agile scrum teams and maturing agile processes.
  • Experience in consulting with clients to define and follow-up on needs and issues, developing project plans and contract deliverables.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, a proactive approach, and commitment to achieving individual, team and company goals.
  • Possesses extremely strong communication skills, notably writing reports and correspondence to customers.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.



Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel and demonstrated experience in financial management and budget execution, including developing and updating budget pipelines and cost models.
