POSITION SUMMARY:



Accurate and timely completion of route accounting including the inputting of the deposits, researching driver's variances, updating, and running all respective reports.



REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:



The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.


  • Upload driver's handhelds.

  • Input deposits and check accuracy of total deposit.

  • Input corrections from variance sheets and create new invoices when necessary.

  • Balance all routes.

  • Distribute all respective reports.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.




EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:



  • Equivalent of (1) Associated degree in Accounting or closely related field and 2 years of route accounting experience
    OR
    (2) 4+ years of directly applicable experience.

  • Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.

  • Related training or certification.




COMPENSATION RANGE:

Potential earning is from $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
