SUMMARY



As a member of our Clinic Trials Study Management team, the Study Support Coordinator primarily supports the Clinical Trials Investigator sites from study set up through to study close out.

STATUS: Full Time



LOCATION: Hybrid | Onsite location Rochester, NY



DEPARTMENT: Study Support



SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days | Saturday Rotation



ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelors degree required or 1 yr customer service or clinical trials experience required


• Positive attitude and ability to follow directions


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Project Management Assistance. Support study setup and management activities as required in conjunction with the Project Manager; during the setup phase, support and generate initial kit documents; perform setup duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial


• 
  General Assistance. Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports and manage alert notifications as required by the study


• 
  Data Entry & Documentation. Enter general study information, site and monitor details, study visit entry and test association, including blinding, into LIMS and perform quality control

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.



PAY RANGE: $21.75 - $23.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
