Behavioral Health Care Manager (Temp-to-Perm) - Clark County, NV




Location: Clark County, NV



Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)



Responsibilities:

• 
  Care Coordination: Manage behavioral health services for members with complex needs, ensuring effective coordination across the care continuum.


• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with members, families, providers, facilities, and health plan teams (including PCPs, COCs, Medical Directors, and Community Services) to develop and implement personalized care plans.


• 
  Health Education and Coaching: Provide members with decision support, health education, and coaching to optimize outcomes.


• 
  Member Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with members at their homes, providers' offices, or inpatient facilities as needed.


• 
  Quality Assurance: Maintain readiness for surveys by adhering to National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and state regulations for case management services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing)


• Experience in behavioral health care management


• Strong communication and advocacy skills


• Knowledge of quality improvement principles


• Familiarity with state regulations and best practices
