What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies in accordance with OSHA standards and company goals
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
- Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future
- Collaborate with management and production teams to enhance safety culture throughout the organization
What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree (in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred) -
2 plus years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety in the Manufacturing industry

In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
(OSHA 511 or OSHA 501 certification a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training
- Analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions
